The Cincho Awards 2026 will hold their professional judging sessions from 2 to 4 June 2026 in Tordesillas (Valladolid, Castilla y León, Spain), turning the region into an international meeting point for excellence in cheesemaking.

Registering for the competition offers the opportunity to take part in a contest where sensory quality is the sole criterion for recognition, evaluated by a jury composed of nationally and internationally renowned experts.

Limited registration

Participation is limited to 1,500 cheeses.

Once this number has been reached, the registration period will close. This limit ensures rigorous organisation and optimal conditions for the judging sessions.
