Premios Cincho returns to Castilla y León as the most important national competition for Spanish cheeses, and one of the most prestigious at international level,in order to travel the world in search of the best cheese. The ceremony has become a tradition since its beginning in 2000, as an opportunity for cheesemakers to present their product in front of experts in the sector. 

 

                                     
 

Would you like to become the main character at Cincho Awards?

Its really easy! Participate with your cheeses made in any part of the world and identified with their comercial brand. If you are a distributor, you can also present cheeses that you sell from other countries.

Among the possible awards categories are: fresh cheeses, soft cheeses, semi-hard or hard cheeses, blue cheeses and processed cheese spreads. Registration is completely free and there is no limit to the number of samples!

 Follow these steps and you will be closer to achieve it:

  1.  Register your most unique cheeses by clicking here. The deadline is 9 June at 14:00h.
  2. Send your samples before 14:00h of 16th of june.

On 22, 23 and 24 June, the tasting sessions will be held in Zamora, the main cheese producing province of Castilla y León, the leading region in Spain, making it the great cheese capital, with around sixty prestigious tasters.
